Notary Public Limitations

As a commissioned Notary Public, Matthew Callaham is not an attorney. He cannot provide legal advice, draft legal instruments, or assist in choosing the correct notarial act or certificate. His role is solely to verify identities and witness signatures.

Physical Presence & ID

All signers must appear physically in person at the designated Fort Mill meeting location. You must present valid, current government-issued identification at the time of your appointment. No remote online notarization is offered.

Fees & Rescheduling Policy

Transparent fees are disclosed prior to booking. Please review our full fee schedule. Rescheduling is available with advance notice. Travel fees are separate from notarial fees and are agreed upon prior to travel.
